(Deloitte Türkiye), and published on March 4, 2026, are presented below. As the English submission functionality for the TSRS Compliant Sustainability Report template is not available in the system, the statements set out below are disclosed only in Turkish. The full report has also been published on our Investor Relations Website in Turkish and in English. This Material Event Disclosure is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
