Sinpaş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. hereby presents to the public its “2025 TSRS-Compliant Sustainability Report” for the reporting period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (“TSRS”) issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (“KGK”), as well as the applicable legislation and regulations governing sustainability reporting. The Report has been prepared within the scope of TSRS 1 – General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information and TSRS 2 – Climate-related Disclosures and includes disclosures regarding the Company’s sustainability- and climate-related governance structure, strategy, risks and opportunities, risk management processes, and the related metrics and targets. The Company’s sustainability disclosures for the 2025 reporting period have been subject to an independent limited assurance engagement performed by our independent audit firm, PKF İstanbul Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş., in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards issued by KGK, and the applicable regulations governing sustainability assurance engagements. In this context, the Limited Assurance Report issued by PKF İstanbul Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. is included within our 2025 TSRS-Compliant Sustainability Report and is presented to the public as an integral part of the Report.The 2025 TSRS-Compliant Sustainability Report, including the Limited Assurance Report, is attached hereto for the information of our investors, stakeholders and the public. The Report sets out the Company’s sustainability approach, sustainability- and climate-related risks and opportunities, the processes for managing such risks and opportunities, and the metrics and targets relating to its sustainability performance, and is also available under the Sustainability section of our Investor Relations website.
