Pursuant to the written instruction of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) communicated to the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. – MKK), a new disclosure template has been introduced in the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) to enable the "Portfolio Limitation Compliance Table" included in the notes to the standalone financial statements prepared by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) to be submitted in an analyzable data format. Accordingly, it has been announced that all REITs are required to submit their disclosures relating to the 2025 annual financial reporting period through KAP using this new template.In this context, the "Portfolio Limitation Compliance Table" included in the notes to the Company's standalone financial statements dated December 31, 2025 is hereby disclosed to the public through the new KAP template in accordance with the relevant regulation and disclosure requirement. This disclosure is solely intended to present, in an analyzable data format within the KAP system, the information previously disclosed in our financial statements dated December 31, 2025.
