(MKK); in accordance with the written instructions conveyed to MKK by the Capital Markets Board, to ensure that the “Verification of Compliance with Portfolio Limits” table included in the notes to the unconsolidated financial statements prepared by Real Estate Investment Trusts can be obtained as analyzable data, it has been notified that, following the disclosure of the financial reports on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the aforementioned table must also be disclosed on KAP using the new disclosure template.Accordingly, the “Verification of Compliance with Portfolio Limits” table included in our Company’s previously disclosed financial report is being separately disclosed to the public using the new KAP disclosure template, in accordance with the aforementioned regulation and disclosure requirement.This disclosure is made solely for the purpose of complying with the new disclosure template; there are no changes to the information contained in the financial statements and notes as of March 31, 2026, which were previously disclosed to the public.We respectfully announce this to the public.In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
