KAP'ta aç (yeni sekmede açılır) ↗Our Board of Directors has decided to amend Article 6 titled "Capital" of the Company's Articles of Association to increase the existing registered capital ceiling from 4,750,000,000 TL to 10,000,000,000 TL, considering the impact of inflation, and to extend its validity period, which expires in 2025. Necessary approvals will be sought from the Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) and the Ministry of Trade. Following the receipt of these approvals, the proposed amendment will be presented for shareholder approval at the first general assembly meeting. As of today, the application has been submitted to the CMB.Further developments will be shared with the public on a timely manner.
